What do I need to know before doing an evaluation?

To complete a mission successfully as a CXG Evaluator, it's important to keep the following in mind:

• Stick to the assigned scenario and visit timing as closely as possible.

• Keep your role confidential; don’t reveal that you’re an Evaluator.

• Take time to read through the mission brief and questionnaire before your visit.

• Submit your survey and any required proof (like receipts or recordings) within 24 hours of completing the visit.

• Make sure your responses are clear, professional, and well-written.

• Be ready to answer any follow-up questions from our quality team up to three months after your mission.
