What do I need to know before doing an evaluation?

To complete a mission successfully as a CXG Evaluator, it's important to keep the following in mind: Stick to the assigned scenario and visit timing as closely as possible. Keep your role confidential, don’t reveal that you’re an Evaluator. Take time to read through the mission brief and questionnaire before your visit. Submit your survey and any required proof (like receipts or recordings) within 24 hours of completing the visit. Make sure your responses are clear, professional, and well-written. Be ready to answer any follow-up questions from our Quality Team, up to three months after your mission.
