Why is CXG asking me for Right to Work information?

CXG performs Right to Work checks where required by applicable law.

The information you provide is used to:

• confirm that you are eligible to perform assignments in the UK;

• complete the required verification;

• maintain an appropriate compliance record. 

How is my information protected?

• Only the authorised CXG staff who carry out the verification can access your documents.
• Your documents are never shared with clients or used for any other purpose.
• Video calls are not recorded.

How long is it kept?

• If you work with CXG, your documents are kept for as long as you work with us plus two years, and then securely deleted.

• If you are not engaged, they are deleted within 6 (six) months.
