What actions may lead to reduced or withheld compensation?
In some countries, taxes may be automatically withheld from your compensation, depending on local laws and CXG’s legal obligations. If this applies to you, the amount received may be lower than expected. If you’re unsure about your local tax rules, please contact your Coordinator. Apart from tax deductions, compensation may be reduced or denied in the following situations: The visit did not follow the assigned scenario, timing, or point of sale. The submitted survey was incomplete, of poor quality, or submitted after the deadline. Required proof of visit (such as receipts or recordings) was missing, unusable, or not submitted on time. The Evaluator revealed their identity at any point during or after the visit. Someone else completed the mission on the Evaluator’s behalf, or the information provided was inaccurate or falsified. To receive full and timely compensation, always follow the mission guidelines carefully and submit all required materials promptly and accurately. If something unexpected happens during your mission, contact your Coordinator immediately.
