What is a follow up?
I’ve been asked to look into the follow-up process. What should I pay attention to?
If the Client Advisor requests your contact information, provide your real details, as they may follow up after your visit. Do not offer your contact information proactively. If the details are not collected, please mark it as so in your surveys. Expect a Follow-Up You should expect to be contacted within 3 or more days (depending on your brief) following your visit. After you have been contacted, please inform your Coordinator. Please check carefully: -your email spam/junk folder -any missed phone calls/voicemail messages -any text/WhatsApp/WeChat/Line or any other app messages you may have missed In case of doubt, please always inform the CXG Coordinator of any communication you have received that you believe may be from the brand, so they can investigate further.
